I’m Marissa Gorjizadeh, an IFBB Bikini Pro, fitness coach, and lifelong believer that strength comes in many forms. Growing up with a unique physical difference, I learned early on how to adapt, push boundaries, and embrace what makes me different. Today, I help ambitious women step into their own power—building strong, feminine bodies while cultivating unshakable confidence. My approach combines science-backed training with a personal understanding of what it means to transform inside and out.

Absolutely. Every plan starts from where you are right now. Whether you’re new to the gym or returning after a break, I’ll make sure you’re progressing safely and confidently.

Do I need a gym to join?

Nope! I can design your workouts for the gym, home, or even a mix of both. You’ll get clear video demos and instructions so you always know exactly what to do.

What kind of results can I expect?

That depends on your consistency and effort — but most clients start seeing noticeable changes in 4–6 weeks. The goal isn’t just to look different, it’s to feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your habits.

What’s included in the coaching program?

How often will we check in?

We’ll do structured weekly check-ins to review your progress and adjust your plan as needed. You can also message me anytime in the app if you have questions or need feedback.

How long do I need to commit?

I recommend at least 12 weeks. That’s enough time to build momentum, see results, and create habits that actually stick.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you join, you’ll fill out a quick intake form so I can understand your goals, fitness level, and preferences. Then I’ll build your custom plan and set you up on the app — and we’ll get started!
